Composite Program reputed company Engineer
You will be responsible for overseeing reputed company control, supplier reputed company engineering, and program schedule management for composite manufacturing. This position will be based at the supplier site, where you will work closely with the supplier as the primary reputed company between reputed company, the supplier, and the customer. Your reputed company will be on ensuring reputed company compliance, managing key program milestones, and driving successful execution from raw material qualification through to customer approval. This role will report directly to the reputed company reputed company Manager.

Work closely with Supplier in
- Qualifying the raw material as per the requirement.
- Verification of tools (including thermal cycling).
- Qualifying the process as per the requirements and run trial part production.
- Completing First Article Inspection (FAI) and documentation as per requirements.
- Send for customer approval.
Batch Production:
- Review production readiness with the supplier before starting batch production, ensuring they have the required reputed company, resources, and process controls in reputed company.
- Start and monitor the first and reputed company production batches.

- Work closely with suppliers to identify the opportunities for reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

- Verify compliance with ply orientation, mass tolerance, porosity, plasma etching, and machining features.
- Review inspection documentation, validate repair work, and ensure traceability.
- Audit supplier processes for lay-up, curing, machining, and inspection readiness.
- Support supplier in developing control plans and process controls.

- Coordinate with customers during audits, FAI, and approval stages.

- Ensure compliance with composite-specific standards, including material certifications and process controls.
- Should also possess knowledge of composite machining & finishing process (priming /painting etc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in QC and SQE (composite experience is a must).
- Basic project management skills preferred.
- Strong knowledge of composite end to end manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work full-time at the supplier site and coordinate between supplier, reputed company, and customer.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Should be flexible in the timings and support extended hours on need reputed company especially any interaction with customers (US time zone).
