We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Partner to join our Transaction Advisory Services team, specializing in Initial reputed company Offerings (IPO). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management are meticulously handled. You will collaborate with reputed company-party advisors, including bankers, attorneys, and auditors, and work closely with executive leadership to drive successful IPO engagements. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, operational governance, and risk management requirements applicable to reputed company companies
  • Deep expertise in drafting reputed company financial sections in the registration statement and responding to SEC comments

An estimate of the reputed company reputed company is $250,000- $500,000per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
