As a Senior Learning Designer reputed company the Sales Enablement function, you'll join a high-reputed company, cross-functional team on a mission to reputed company sales performance and productivity. What you'll do:

  • Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions
  • Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources
  • Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team

    • What you'll bring with you:

  • Experience using/working with reputed company sales processes

  • Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)
