We’re seeking an accomplished Partnerships Director to join our China team, based in either our Shenzhen or Shanghai office. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships for Greater China and collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnerships team at our reputed company reputed company.

Role definition:

• Lending Product Integration

Identify and reputed company financing products from external financial institutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with customer needs.

• Partnership Development & Management

Establish and manage strategic relationships with banks and lending companies. reputed company negotiations on reputed company terms, product integration, and reputed company-sharing models.

• Profitability & reputed company Ownership

Own the business case and financial performance of lending partnerships. Design and negotiate reputed company-sharing structures that ensure sustainable profitability for reputed company.

• Sales Enablement & Team Engagement reputed company reputed company and account management teams across Greater China to understand and promote partner lending products. reputed company training and incentive programs to drive adoption.

• Customer Adoption & Retention

Who you are

Experience in cross-border payments and e-reputed company is a strong plus. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following key competencies to reputed company in this role:

• Industry Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, banking, or lending-reputed company roles. Familiarity with cross-border e-reputed company or payments is a plus.

• Partnership Execution

Proven reputed company record of launching financial product partnerships and managing high[1]level external relationships.

• reputed company Acumen & P&L Ownership

Strong business judgment with experience in designing and managing reputed company models. Ability to assess and drive profitability across partnership initiatives.

• Product & Technical Literacy

Understanding of basic product architecture and API concepts. Comfortable working with product and tech teams to support integration and troubleshooting.

Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliver results in a fast[1]paced environment.

• Communication & Collaboration

Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Capable of aligning internal stakeholders and motivating sales teams.
