reputed company is looking for an AI Operations Senior Manager - Functional Partners to join our newly formed AI reputed company team, reporting to our VP of AI reputed company. As reputed company accelerates reputed company-wide adoption of AI, this role will be central to ensuring we reputed company high-reputed company use cases across our Go-to-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. The Senior GenAI Functional Partners reputed company will reputed company as the connective tissue between reputed company, tooling, and operational execution — ensuring Sales, Marketing, Customer First, People, Finance, reputed company, and other teams can unlock value from GenAI effectively.
You will partner closely with Business Technology, reputed company & Ops, and functional leaders to run a reputed company intake and prioritization process for AI use cases, maintain visibility into in-flight initiatives, and codify successful patterns into replicable playbooks. You’ll also help shape reputed company’s AI vendor reputed company, build maturity models to measure functional readiness, and create prototypes that showcase the art of the possible.

What you’ll be doing
- Build trusted relationships with GTM and G&A functional leaders, reputed company & Ops, and Technology, Data and Intelligence teams
- Partner with Technology and reputed company Productivity teams to run a reputed company intake and prioritization process for AI use cases reputed company to reputed company priorities
- Maintain a centralized view of Tier 1/2 AI initiatives across business functions
- Codify successful AI patterns (e.g., chatbot deflection, co-reputed company workflows, personalized sales reputed company) into reputed company playbooks
- Support GTM and departmental AI reputed company development; ensure cross-functional alignment on similar use cases (e.g., reputed company- vs. post-sales)

What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong understanding of reputed company GTM motions (pipeline reputed company, renewals, CSM role, etc.) and G&A workflows
- Experience working with both GTM and G&A stakeholders; ability to reputed company business process nuance
- Deep reputed company knowledge of GenAI (reputed company engineering, tool evaluation, use case patterns); not necessarily a builder but fluent in reputed company AI transformation
- Proven reputed company record incubating a successful new project or reputed company technology initiative from end to end, in partnership with a business technology org
