As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, we focus on people over profits — and we’re looking for a Greeter / Receptionist at our Park Avenue Office who shares that same welcoming spirit!

This is a front-line position perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, making a great first impression, and keeping things organized. As the Greeter / Receptionist, you’ll be the first smiling face members see when they walk in, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the right place. You’ll also support the branch with light clerical tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

· Previous experience in customer service, reception, or clerical roles preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude

· Basic computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office or similar tools

· Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

· Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

· Familiarity with handling confidential or sensitive information

· Experience in a team-oriented environment

· A natural talent for creating a welcoming, member-focused atmosphere
