Requirements
- Execute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of all event materials, paperwork, and setups
- Efficient time management of tight schedules and deadlines
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, attendees, and supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Basic computer and software usage for data entry, printing, and communication
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during events
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, serving as the first point of contact for attendees.
- Prioritize attendee satisfaction and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Understand and align with LifeSurge's mission and values
- Ability to collaborate positively with a team and other departments
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Maintain and stay current with all compliance requirements.
