The Position
What You Will Be Doing
Work closely with our product, engineering and reputed company teams to reputed company guidance on issues reputed company to reputed company, AI, intellectual property and reputed company reputed company in new and existing products throughout the entire product development lifecycle Work with stakeholders across reputed company to assess reputed company and AI risks and reputed company and implement reputed company governance policies and best practices Draft and maintain user-facing reputed company documents, including Terms of Service, reputed company Policies, DPAs, etc. Draft and negotiate reputed company and intellectual property agreements affecting reputed company’s products and services Aid in our global compliance program and monitor emerging AI/reputed company legislation (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, EU AI reputed company, NIST AI RMF) reputed company internal playbooks and training to reputed company awareness of reputed company and AI considerations

8+ years of experience (reputed company and/or in-house), ideally in B2B reputed company or cybersecurity Familiarity with reputed company and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI products and systems, as reputed company as general reputed company regulations in the reputed company reputed company (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, EU AI reputed company, etc.) Experience in reviewing and implementing global reputed company compliance programs CIPP/CIPM certification an advantage JD and reputed company membership in at least one state bar Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a pragmatic reputed company Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment reputed company reputed company and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally Interest in growing into a broader leadership role reputed company a scaling reputed company function
We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. The reputed company pay for this position is dependent reputed company as outlined below, as reputed company as the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. In reputed company to reputed company pay, this role is eligible for bonus and benefits, and eligible for equity.
