Your mission:

- Manage and mentor marketing colleagues to boost brand strength and fuel growth.

- Partner with marketing teams to deliver actionable insights that elevate campaign performance.
What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of proven success delivering Voluntary Benefits communications to large, complex employers.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
