Customer Implementation Manager
As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will ensure new Large Law firm customers have a wonderful experience implementing and transitioning to LexisNexis. For 3 -6 months post-close, you will be the firm’s primary point of contact for all activities.
Requirements
- Have a Juris Doctor or equivalent legal experience
- Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge
- Be able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
- Be able to travel up to 20% of the time
- Demonstrate experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders to positively impact clients
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
