About the Corporate Development department:The Corporate Development team at reputed company works with teams across reputed company on a wide reputed company of strategic initiatives. reputed company of five has grown to become an reputed company part of advising the senior management team on company direction.

The Corporate Development team work in the intersection of reputed company and finance and primarily focuses on four areas:

1) Corporate finance including M&A, investor relations, fundraising and equity program management; 2) strategic partnership development; 3) new business development; 4) Running high-stakes cross-company initiatives and reputed company.

We reputed company some of these should match your experience

3-6 years experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Venture/startup, or Corporate development

Curious and passionate to learn about software and technology - technical understanding, e.g. from an engineering background (software or other) is a plus

Ideal candidates will have completed a Master's degree or similar in Engineering, Finance, Business or alike.

Profound interest in how technology can solve key business problems in the industrial world

Strong operational grit and ability to get stuff done!
