About the position
Responsibilities
• Drive the primary study focusing on understanding customers across all entertainment categories, both domestically and internationally.
• Lead custom insights and research projects that support high-profile strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with insights and finance teams to track changes in entertainment behavior and Disney's performance across key sectors.
• Conduct analyses to answer key business questions from Executive Leadership, ensuring consumer insights are integrated into modeling and brand strategies.
• Guide the work of one direct report and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, market research, business analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others through data-driven storytelling and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate insights from multiple data sources.
• Exceptional project management skills with a strong sense of accountability.
• Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research and statistical techniques globally.
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets and presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote.
