The Role:
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Compliance Administrator to join our friendly in-house compliance team. This individual will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship while supporting the compliance team in ensuring that all candidates placed into education settings meet the highest safeguarding and recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the clearance of candidates for roles in education
Obtaining and verifying references, qualifications, and employment history
Processing and tracking DBS checks
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems
Ensuring all compliance processes adhere to relevant standards set out by the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and in guidance such as Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE)
Supporting the wider compliance team with any other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
No previous experience required - full training will be provided
A genuine interest in administration, compliance, and/or recruitment
Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable working in a busy fast-paced, team-focused environment
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) desirable but not essential
