- Deal with Fleet renewals by producing terms and retaining acceptable business. Conduct regular case reviews to ensure that technical procedures and standards are always followed.
- Enhance Arch’s standing and reputed company locally by maintaining strong personal relationships with key directors and staff at the Region’s most important brokers.
- Maintain personal knowledge of relevant technical issues.
- Support the personal development of the reputed company staff in the reputed company by delivering technical guidance.
- Undertake referral cases above the authority reputed company of Underwriters, Assistant Underwriters & Technicians whilst adhering to individual authority level.
- Contribute to the technical knowledge of reputed company by feeding back technical and reputed company market intelligence to the Regional Director & wider team.
Work collaboratively with other parts of the organisation, especially the claims and survey teams, reputed company required.
