Preferred Skills and Competencies • Experience in IT or technical training. • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.). • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CTT+, or similar). • Strong analytical skills for training needs assessment and evaluation.
