<p>The Executive Assistant Corporate Finance & Treasury provides administrative support to the President & CEO NCL and assists team members within the department with daily administrative functions. Assists with special projects, as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan daily calendars and coordinate meetings to include external contacts local and abroad.</li><li>Make travel arrangements and reservations as needed.</li><li>Liaise with other executive assistants and key team members across departments to ensure requests are handled appropriately.</li><li>Host team members and external contacts when visiting the department.</li><li>Coordinate and track expense reporting and budgets.</li><li>Compose, prepare and distribute departmental correspondence; route or respond to correspondence accordingly.</li><li>Prepare outbound correspondence as appropriate. Compose letters and memos for ad hoc projects.</li><li>Answer incoming calls, take messages and relay requests accordingly. Handle issues through to resolution or route call to appropriate department as necessary.</li><li>Coordinate and organize departmental events and activities (such as team outings, quarterly updates, community involvement, etc.) from planning through implementation.</li><li>Order and maintain inventory of office supplies. Process all supplies invoices in AP system.</li><li>Provide direction to new and existing team members on administrative issues guiding them to the appropriate parties for resolution.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>DEGREE TYPE:</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred in a Business Administration or Human Resources related field of study.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li><strong> </strong>2-3 years' experience in an executive/administrative assistant capacity or other related experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with members of management and team members at all levels.</li><li>Writing skills sufficient to prepare and proofread memos.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).</li><li>Organizational skills to maintain files and reports.</li><li>Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrates critical thinking skills, takes initiative and displays a positive and professional representation of the department.</li></ul>
