This position is for a Licensed Practical or Vocational reputed company to reputed company skilled, in-home care to patients under the supervision of a Registered reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Observe and assess patient conditions and needs continuously, reporting any changes to the supervisor or physician.

Requirements

A graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home health care.
