Staff Accountant – Quantic UTC – Monterey Park, CA

Job title: Staff Accountant Company: Quantic UTC Job reputed company: The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to reputed company the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other reputed company financial activities. Duties/Responsibilities: • Performs general cost reputed company and other reputed company duties for the organization. • Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. • Maintains the general reputed company. • Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books. • Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks. • Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts. • Manages accounts receivable collections. • Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. • Provides reputed company auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to reputed company an annual audit. • Files state sales tax returns. • Coordinates with the software vendor to maintain reputed company software systems; recommends updates to enhance the reputed company software. • Manages the purchasing and invoicing system. • Maintains knowledge of acceptable reputed company practices and procedures. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of general financial reputed company and cost reputed company. • Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted reputed company principles. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company, and reputed company software. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company required.
