Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Customer Service Representative - Disposition Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the disposition process. As a Real Estate Customer Service Representative - Disposition Management, you will be responsible for developing and managing the disposition strategy for our company's real estate assets, evaluating and analyzing potential buyers and offers, negotiating sale terms and conditions, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Disposition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive disposition strategy for our company's real estate assets, including identifying and prioritizing assets for sale, determining sale prices, and creating marketing materials.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Potential Buyers and Offers: Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers, including reviewing financial information, assessing creditworthiness, and determining the best course of action for each transaction.
  • Negotiate Sale Terms and Conditions: Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers, including price, closing costs, and other contingencies.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Stakeholders: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, as well as external stakeholders, such as buyers, agents, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth disposition process.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales contracts, closing documents, and other associated paperwork.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to real estate disposition, including changes in market conditions, new laws and regulations, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • History of Success in Sales: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent phone and in-person negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
