About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop service strategy for assigned accounts.
• Achieve individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.
• Create collaborative partnerships with sales for growth strategy.
• Execute tactical components of the account team's business plan.
• Diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.
• Develop and manage proactive service plans.
• Identify and resolve potential service issues.
• Lead and mentor account managers.
• Manage integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations.
• Educate customers on Aetna policies and industry issues.
Requirements
• 5-10+ years sales and/or account management experience in the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industry.
• Travel Required between 25-50%.
• Experience Developing Relationships.
• Life and Health license for resident state or must pass exam with 90 days of hire.
Nice-to-haves
• Remote Work Experience.
