Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Director of Healthcare Data Management – Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including US Medical Services Group, Retail Methodology Group, and IT, to identify and assess information adaptation potential opportunities * Developing and implementing data management processes and procedures to improve data quality and accuracy * Working closely with senior leadership to set goals, objectives, and timelines for data management initiatives * Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement * Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including drug manufacturers, payers, and healthcare systems * Participating in RFP responses and Explanations of Work (SOW) for new agreements * Overseeing channel partner business and productivity, ensuring successful execution of data management initiatives * Creating and maintaining areas of strength with connections, while communicating Walgreens' needs regarding drugs, exchange, specialty, program/item development, account management, and clinical services * Responsible for a cross-functional influential position across Walgreens to drive view and collaborative efforts, including but not limited to, Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty * Providing guidance and support to team members through direction, training, and execution management projects to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty * Leading the delivery and support of current and new Examination items, including but not limited to, advances in collaboration with outside vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, and Healthcare System partners * Defining and partnering closely with the IT group to create and monitor metrics that influence current organizational Information delivery services and investigation items * Working within organizational rules regarding strategies, programs, systems, budgets, and applicable regulations, ensuring the development and execution of supported manufacturer partner services are consistent with generally accepted procedure **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science) * 5+ years of experience in data management, healthcare, or a related field * Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data management initiatives * Experience in identifying and analyzing data to inform business decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability * Experience with project management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve specific task objectives and goals * Familiarity with data healthcare, business, computer science) * 7+ years of experience in data management, healthcare, or a related field * Experience in program organization and analysis of manufacturer programs for
