Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying new and existing neighborhoods that are going live with new products and services, creating prospecting plans to find potential consumer customers, and establishing relationships within local communities and Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Your strong event planning skills will be utilized to plan, coordinate, and facilitate various marketing events in partnership with community leaders, ensuring adherence to community rules and regulations.
- Partner with Business Unit (BU) Leadership and other departments to identify new and existing neighborhoods that are going live with new products and services
- Create prospecting plans to find potential consumer customers to sell AT&T products and services
- Establish relationships within local communities and HOAs to drive business growth
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various marketing events in partnership with community leaders
- Engage and contact installation teams to advise of scheduled events and alert them to influx of business in targeted neighborhoods
- Partner with retail, IHX, and D2D teams when events are scheduled to solicit on-site sales support
- Work with the regional marketing team to create and develop appropriate marketing collateral for events
- Attend events to maintain relationships with key partners, oversee sales activity, and provide on-site coaching and education as needed to both consumers and sales partners
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including telecommunications, sales, and event planning. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and 3 years of telecommunications experience is highly desirable. While supervisory experience is not required, the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams is essential.
