Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients' customers, taking accurate messages and dispatching them according to the clients' specific needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing our clients' brands in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage for our clients.
- Utilize strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with callers and resolve their queries.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance standards for call handling and message taking.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (wpm), with the ability to accurately take messages and dispatch calls.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills, with a strong command of the English language.
