Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst - Customer Experience, you'll serve as a data expert on our Customer Experience team, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll combine business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations, develop advanced SQL queries, and create front-end dashboards that tell compelling stories. Your goal will be to become an expert on customer data, identifying areas for improvement and measuring the impact of our efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Expertise: Be the go-to data expert on a balanced team engaged in a key CX initiative for the company, combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations.
  • Continuous Discovery: Engage in continuous discovery and data exploration to deepen your understanding of the data domain and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Storytelling: Create compelling stories with data to inform business decisions and drive customer experience improvements.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and front-end dashboards in tools like Tableau to track key metrics and measure the impact of our efforts.
  • Data Platform Development: Help design and implement a new CX data platform, creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source.
  • Ad Hoc Analytics: Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from stakeholders, providing timely and insightful analysis to inform business decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on customer experience and analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, and proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading or managing teams, with a focus on data analysis and customer experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
