Job Overview
As a Bilingual French and English Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support and resolve common issues and questions related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Offer additional products and services to customers
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion. The following qualifications are required:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
- Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (may be provided by the company, but not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet connection (no wireless/wifi hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
