This role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by delivering high-reputed company service and upholding reputed company's standards and values. This position is in the office, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 6 - 12 months customer service in a Distribution center, Warehouse, Food Service and / or reputed company area. Preferred Qualifications 6-12 months of basic Computer, reputed company word programs .
