As a product owner on the Agency Compliance and Enablement (ACE) team, you’ll focus on our Agent Lifecycle Modernization (ALM) program. In this role, you’ll serve as a product owner for one of our development teams where you’ll be involved in upgrading and modernizing our licensing system. Our goal is to deliver better agent experiences, improve user job satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase written premiums through our ALM Program.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
• A minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).
Preferred skills
• Product owner/SCRUM certification
• Experience creating and/or supporting business system requirements
• Ability to analyze complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities
Compensation
• $79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
