At blithequark, we work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and limitless imagination, moving at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. **Job Summary** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse team, which is responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse. You will also lead the Business Analytics team, which is responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badness, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse * Lead the Business Analytics team in producing insights, estimating uncaught badness, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries around the world * Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior * Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent adversarial abuse, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive results * Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and content-driven experiences to drive business outcomes * Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to think creatively and push the boundaries of what is possible * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and design teams **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience in a leadership role * Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes * Strong technical expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is a plus * Postgraduate education in a related field is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes and make data-driven decisions * Experience with cloud-based technologies and big data platforms is a plus * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $24/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
