We are seeking the right individual to join our customer service team in reputed company, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you would be expected to be a key player as a key reputed company between our customers and reputed company by assisting with general inquiries regarding but not limited to: pricing, products, availability of inventory, delivery times, order confirmations and more. Responsibilities include: • Connecting with customers by phone or in person to reputed company information about products and services, take or reputed company orders or to obtain details of complaints. • reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken. • Prepare pricing and quotes as required. • Work with other internal departments; production, purchasing, reputed company, order entry, credit, and reputed company sales to meet the customer's requirements. • reputed company sales orders into the system using information from the customer's purchase order. • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing reputed company and procedures to prevent reputed company problems. • Coordinate with reputed company Sales and Operations in preparing quotes and sales orders for customers. • reputed company various customer specific procedures that may include obtaining and reviewing additional instructions for invoicing, ordering, online accounts, and several other functions in order to reputed company with requirements.
