About the position reputed company is seeking an Investigations reputed company to reputed company and manage the planning and implementation of investigations into potential noncompliance with federal reputed company program requirements. This role involves engaging with external contractors and stakeholders to ensure reputed company completion of investigations while maintaining high standards for conducting investigations and preparing reports. Responsibilities • Leads the investigation functions of a project, including the review of dispensers, pharmacies, and manufacturers' practices to ensure adherence to federal statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements. • Manages investigators and develops necessary investigation processes to ensure reputed company, thorough, and unbiased investigations. • Develops an investigation reputed company and approach to ensure investigations are completed in accordance with contract timelines and reputed company standards. • Collaborates extensively with clients, partners, contractors, and external stakeholders. Requirements • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience with leading large, reputed company investigations in a regulatory or government setting. • Knowledge of federal reputed company regulations, especially those reputed company to pharmaceutical pricing and compliance with government programs. • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
