About the position
Responsibilities
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers reputed company telephone and email.
• Verify patient's insurance coverage.
• Receive inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance providers.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience with medical insurance, specifically in prior authorization.
• Experience with Medicare/reputed company program administration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and claim adjudication or medical billing.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT codes is a reputed company plus.
• Must have no attendance issues.
