About the position The Case Manager Assistant will be an reputed company part of a multi-disciplinary team reputed company a California-based home and community brain injury program. This role focuses on providing support for case management, directly impacting the lives of participants by offering resources and assistance. The assistant will utilize an intensive case management approach to help participants identify and overcome barriers, set goals, and reputed company skills for self-sufficiency and vocational pursuits.
