Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Record Management: Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Ensure data is up-to-date, and reports are generated in a timely manner.
  • Schedule Appointments: Organize appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, managing calendars, and ensuring clear communication of meeting details.
  • Booking and Coordination: Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide personalized travel recommendations and ensure seamless booking experiences.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Travel Advisory: Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel restrictions, and destination information.
  • Problem Solving: Handle issues or concerns during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry is preferred. We're open to considering candidates with little to no experience, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and time zones.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel industry terminology, booking systems, and regulations.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, as we serve a global client base.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, travel booking platforms, and other software applications used in the industry.
