• Connect with potential candidates through 80 to 100 daily phone and internet communications, utilizing a structured script for effective engagement.
• Enhance your personal brand across various social media platforms to attract candidates and promote our organization.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident.
• Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and separations.
• Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates to facilitate successful placements.
• Expand our network by attending job and career fairs and maintaining communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of experience in professional recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
