You’ll also partner with operations and safety leaders to support a proactive, compliant EHS program that protects both people and processes.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br>Build and lead all core HR functions recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and compliance<br><br>Champion company culture by creating a strong HR foundation that supports flexibility, fairness, and team engagement<br><br>Develop and maintain policies, employee handbook, and HR workflows<br><br>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including labor, wage/hour, OSHA, and WA L&I/DOSH safety regulations<br><br>Partner with the Safety & Environmental team on injury reporting, safety training, and compliance documentation<br><br>Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff across all levels of the organization<br><br>Track and report on key HR and safety metrics to support decision-making<br><br>Oversee or help select HR systems (HRIS, timekeeping, payroll platforms) to streamline operations and enhance accuracy<br><br>What We’re Looking For<br><br>5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)<br><br>Proven ability to establish HR policies, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up strongly preferred<br><br>Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and workplace safety (OSHA and WA L&I/DOSH)<br><br>Strong collaboration skills, especially with operations or EHS leaders<br><br>Familiarity with HR software platforms (HRIS, payroll, timekeeping)—prior implementation or selection experience is a plus, but not required<br><br>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus<br><br>Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable mindset<br><br>Interested in hearing more?
