Collections, Associate Attorney
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other reputed company documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with opposing counsel and debtors.
• Conduct reputed company research to support case reputed company and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company case documentation in case management systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Ensure adherence to reputed company guidelines and firm policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including litigation support and compliance.
•
• 3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in collections, creditors’ rights, or civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA) and relevant state laws.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in reputed company research tools and case management software.
MD Bar License (Required) Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
