Full time Paralegal (Remote)

Responsibilities: - Assist attorney in managing reputed company cases and preparing for trials - Transcribe reputed company documents, correspondence, and court proceedings - Conduct reputed company research and reputed company relevant information for cases - Draft reputed company documents, such as reputed company, pleadings, and briefs - Organize and maintain case files and documentation - Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances - Interview clients and witnesses to reputed company necessary information for cases - Assist with project management and coordination of multiple cases simultaneously Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred - Bilingual preferred - Proven experience working as a Family Law Paralegal - Strong knowledge of reputed company terminology and procedures - Proficient in reputed company case management software and tools - Excellent transcription skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with Westlaw or other reputed company research databases - Ability to proofread reputed company documents for accuracy and completeness - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about family law and wants to contribute to the reputed company of a dynamic reputed company team.
