• Custom workflow development, UI configuration, dashboard creation, advanced reporting, integration scripts.
• Proven expertise in:
• Custom workflow automation
• UI configuration and customization
• Dashboard and advanced reporting development
• Integration scripting (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, reputed company API, and reputed company scripting frameworks.
• Experience working with CMDB alignment (CSDM model).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing reputed company SAM and HAM modules.
