We are seeking a Registered reputed company (RN) to: • Function as a reputed company between clinicians and coders. • Work as an expert reputed company for information regarding the reputed company of documentation on patient care, reputed company reputed company measures, risk of mortality/severity of illness indicators, and accurate reimbursement. • Work under the direction of the Clinical Documentation reputed company Supervisor, conduct reputed company review of inpatient medical records-seeking clarification of documentation before the patient is discharged.
