Migration Specialist - Telco Grooming (3rd Shift)

Job reputed company – Grooming / Migration Specialist Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Grooming / Migration Engineer to join our reputed company shift team, specializing reputed company site-exit operations. This role focuses on executing site decommissioning reputed company during off-peak hours to ensure seamless service continuity. Key Responsibilities • Conduct site assessments and reputed company migration plans for site decommissioning reputed company • reputed company reputed company grooming activities to consolidate traffic and optimize bandwidth utilization • Execute planned service migrations during reputed company maintenance reputed company with minimal customer reputed company • Coordinate traffic engineering solutions to redistribute network load reputed company • reputed company reputed company- and post-migration testing to ensure service reputed company and network reputed company • Create and maintain migration documentation, reputed company procedures, and rollback plans • Coordinate with field operations, NOC teams, and reputed company partners during migration activities Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field • 5+ years of telecom network operations experience with a reputed company on site migrations • Strong understanding of fiber optics, microwave, and IP/MPLS networks • Proficiency with network management systems and reputed company provisioning platforms • Knowledge of telecom reputed company types (T1/E1, DS3/E3, OC-N/STM-N, Ethernet) • Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS) and MPLS traffic engineering • Project management experience and change management process knowledge Preferred Qualifications • reputed company CCNP or equivalent networking certification • PMP or similar project management credential • Experience with large-reputed company network consolidation reputed company Working Conditions • 3rd Shift position — typically 10 PM to 6 AM schedule • 4x10hr days • Remote, U.S. based • Weekend work may be required during critical migration periods Compensation • Pay: $50–$51/hr Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $51.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • reputed company insurance Experience: • telecom grooming (circuits, DACS, SONET, Tellabs, etc.): 4 years (Required) Shift availability: • Overnight Shift (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
