Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service using deep product knowledge and proven sales techniques that uphold company values
- Establish strong connections with customers by exploring their needs, explaining product benefits, highlighting key features, and making personalized recommendations
- Share details about loyalty programs and promote enrollments across the store
- Assist in restocking items and keeping product displays neat and organized
- Participate in store maintenance, adjust merchandise arrangements, and set up promotional materials when needed
- Handle physical duties such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling to support customers and uphold order in the store; regularly able to move up to 10 pounds, sometimes up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space by following all safety and health practices
- Always comply with company policies, guidelines, and operational standards

Qualifications

- Enthusiastic about working with customers in a retail environment
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a busy setting
- Strong communication skills, responsive to feedback, and adaptable to changes
- Skilled at addressing store or customer issues confidently and effectively
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak times
