- Extracting data from medical documents and entering it into our electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
- Working independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reaching out to clients via phone to obtain missing information
- Providing exceptional customer service and client coordination over the phone
- Working in a metrics/quota-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
Key Responsibilities

- Processing medical documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing incoming cases, extracting data, and entering it into the electronic database

Requirements and Qualifications
