  • Extracting data from medical documents and entering it into our electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
  • Working independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reaching out to clients via phone to obtain missing information
  • Providing exceptional customer service and client coordination over the phone
  • Working in a metrics/quota-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

Key Responsibilities
