We are currently looking for a reputed company Specialist II to join reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, hardware, software, printers, video conferencing systems, mobile devices, and other technologies. • Investigate system issues and implement solutions using available tools, product knowledge, and established procedures. • Offer first-line support to internal users through both remote and in-person assistance. • Manage and reputed company Help Desk tickets and phone calls using the ticketing system. • reputed company and support computer equipment for users and departments. • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues and assist with reputed company. • reputed company system patching, application upgrades, and user creation. • Document technical procedures and update internal knowledgebases. • Support initiatives that improve the overall user experience. • Participate in after-hours work and on-reputed company rotations as needed.
