As a leader in our Customer Success department, you'll play a critical role in maximizing profitable customer relationships, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers. Your technical expertise will enable you to understand their businesses and needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure overall satisfaction with our product. You'll be the voice of our customers, providing valuable feedback to our internal stakeholders to drive product development and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders at customer accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Support teams, to drive customer success
  • Provide detailed feedback from customers to inform product development and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer relationships and revenue
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's product and technical capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer conversations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success or related role, preferably in the fintech or software industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchants
  • Knowledge of finance solutions and the fintech industry
  • Certifications in Customer Success or a related field, such as CSM or CSAM
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
