- Handle 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing reputed company and effective support.

- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
