Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will work in a remote setting, utilizing our pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication information, and performing data entry tasks. You will be responsible for handling high-volume client requests, resolving third-party exceptions, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient enrollment and information section tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines.
  • Utilize blithequark's pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Handle high-volume client requests, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve third-party exceptions by assessing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing.
  • Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain an active practitioner license or certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills, including ability to start and close programs, use a mouse, and access data online.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a state-recognized certification or nationally recognized certification.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files).
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
