Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to address their queries, concerns, and feedback, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution.
  • Operate with empathy, patience, and kindness, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

Essential Qualifications
