Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Bringing your passion and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers to customers' general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, as well as enrollment status requests.
- Assisting members with navigating their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer setup.
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android.
- Integrity and a commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
