SaaS Sales Specialist
MM Nova Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join their team. The role involves presenting cutting-edge products, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth within the designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products
- Manage inbound inquiries and leads, promptly responding to client queries and providing relevant information to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively suggesting solutions to enhance their experience
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning
Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in technology sales being an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
