As a Patient Care Coordinator at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our patient care team, working closely with health coaches, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the support and guidance they need to manage their health effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care through phone and Zoom calls, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Assisting patients with various administrative tasks, such as applying for loans and ordering testing kits.
  • Selling and ordering supplements, as well as scheduling appointments with health coaches.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including filling out forms and managing schedules.
  • Supporting health coaches with scheduling, rescheduling, and other tasks as needed.
  • Checking and responding to text messages and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and accurate.

Work Schedule and Location

As a Patient Care Coordinator at blithequark, you'll work a standard full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our Pacific Hours schedule includes two shifts: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm. We're a remote team, so you'll be working from home, but you'll be an integral part of our close-knit team.
